Returns & Refunds

If the Loopy Game for Couples is not right for you, you can return it. This page explains how, and what the limits are.
The short version
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Because Loopy is an intimate adult product, we can only accept returns where the shrink wrap is unopened. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, that restriction does not apply: we fix it at our cost.
How to start a return
Email care@couplesgames.org with your order number and what went wrong. We reply with a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, or we may not be able to match the parcel to your order.
Who pays return shipping
If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return postage and we refund the price of the game. If the item was damaged in transit, faulty, or not what you ordered, we pay, either by sending a replacement or by refunding you in full, including the original shipping you paid.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo of the damage and the packaging. That is usually all we need; in most cases we will not ask you to send the game back at all.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, or approve a photo claim, we issue the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Refunds are made by Stripe back to the card or wallet used at checkout; we cannot refund to a different account.
What we cannot accept
We cannot take back a game whose seal has been broken, unless it is faulty. This is a hygiene rule that applies to intimate products, and it is the reason we describe the contents in detail on the product page, so you can decide before opening.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you change your mind before we ship, email us and we will cancel and refund in full. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the return process above applies.
