These terms govern your use of couplesgames.org and any order you place on it. The site is operated by WESTQEM CORP (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms, so please read them before you buy.

Age requirement: 18+
The Loopy Game for Couples is an adult product. You must be at least 18 years old to buy it. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over. We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe the buyer is underage.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before charging and you may cancel the order.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Content on this site
Our guides compare couples games, including products we do not sell. Where we link to a retailer we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you; this never changes what we charge you here. Reviews and ratings quoted from third parties are attributed to their source so you can verify them.
Acceptable use
Do not copy our text, photography or product imagery for commercial use, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The game is sold for entertainment; it is not counselling, therapy or medical advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Nothing in this section removes any consumer right you have under the law of the place where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.
