Privacy Policy

This policy explains what WESTQEM CORP collects when you use couplesgames.org, why, and what you can do about it. We have deliberately kept the site light: there are no advertising pixels and no analytics trackers on it.

What we collect and why
When you place an order
We collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. We need this to take payment, ship your game and handle returns. Our shop runs on WooCommerce, which also records your IP address with the order as a fraud-prevention measure.
When you pay
Card payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our server. We receive only the result of the payment and the last four digits of the card. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us or use a contact form, we keep the message and your address so we can reply. Our outgoing mail is sent through WP Mail SMTP.
Review invitations
At checkout you can opt in to receive a review request. If you tick that box, your name, email and order details are shared with CusRev (Customer Reviews for WooCommerce), an independent reviews service, so it can send the invitation. If you leave the box unticked, nothing is shared with them.
What we do not do
couplesgames.org runs no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel and no advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to work: WooCommerce cookies that remember your cart and session, and cookies set by Stripe on the checkout page for fraud prevention. Caching by WP Rocket may store a non-personal identifier. There are no marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records, including invoices, are kept for as long as US tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to erase anything we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email care@couplesgames.org and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with its own privacy statute such as California, those laws give you these rights directly and we apply them to everyone.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and card data never touches our server. No system is perfect, so if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Children
This is an 18+ store. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects existing customers, tell them by email.
