Everything ordered on couplesgames.org is shipped by WESTQEM CORP from the United States. This page sets out where we ship, what it costs, and how your parcel arrives.

The exact amount is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, and is shown before you pay. There are no handling fees on top.

How long delivery takes

United States: 3–5 business days from the day you place your order. That window already includes packing time, not just carrier transit, so most orders are with you inside a working week.

Outside the United States: transit time depends on the destination and on your local customs. We will confirm the expected window by email when your order is dispatched.

Who delivers your order, and tracking

We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx. The carrier is chosen per order based on your address and the service available there.

Every order is tracked. As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we email you the tracking number, so you can follow it to your door. If the tracking has not moved for several days, write to us at care@couplesgames.org and we will chase it with the carrier for you.

Discreet packaging

Loopy ships in a plain outer box. There is nothing on the outside of the parcel that names the game, describes its contents, or indicates that it is an adult product. The sender shows as WESTQEM CORP.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and internationally. Some destinations are restricted by carrier rules; if we cannot ship to your address we will tell you and refund you in full rather than leave the order open.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the United States, any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee charged by your country is payable by you and is not included in the price you pay us. We have no way to calculate these in advance because they depend on your local rules.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we will contact you; reshipping is charged again at the rate above.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at care@couplesgames.org and we will replace it or refund you. See Returns & Refunds for how that works.
